Black Educators Collective is a nonprofit dedicated to the holistic well-being and empowerment of educators — especially those in Black and Brown communities. Through wellness, entrepreneurship, and creative initiatives, we help educators thrive professionally, financially, and personally.

Our vision is rooted in joy, wellness, and purpose — creating spaces where educators connect deeply, grow boldly, and stay grounded in the work they love. Through our core pillars, we engage, elevate, and retain educators with intention and care.
Engage
We cultivate spaces for educators to connect, celebrate, and recharge. Through curated events, community gatherings, and digital networks, we nurture authentic fellowship and remind educators that joy and rest are forms of resistance.
Elevate
We empower educators to rise — personally, professionally, and financially. By partnering with like-minded organizations, we open doors to financial literacy, homeownership, wellness, and entrepreneurship so educators can flourish beyond the classroom.
Retain
We’re reimagining how to sustain educators who care deeply. Through mentorship, wellness-centered support, and collaborative workshops, we strengthen the foundation for educators to remain rooted, fulfilled, and valued in the field.
